Why Harlan exists

I did this by hand
for 80+ people first.

I made a simple offer online: tell me the job you want, and I'll send you a short list of roles that actually fit. No spam. No job boards.

Then I did the work by hand. I read the listings myself and sent each person a job report: a few great picks, with a note on why each one fit. I've sent 80+ so far.

People kept writing back the same thing: These fit. You just saved me hours. Harlan does that same work, every day, for everyone. This page is me opening it up.

What is Harlan?

How does it know what I want?

It uses the details you choose to share, such as your resume, goals, pay target, and location. You review what it learns and can change it.

Is this another job board?

No. A job board makes you do the digging. Harlan does the digging and shows you only the few jobs worth your time.

Can I use Harlan right now?
